We are excited about the beginning of the academic year and look forward to having you join us. We want your time at FPU to be one of the best experiences you ever have. We have planned a busy weekend of orientation activities designed to make the transition into university life easier.

Orientation begins Friday, August 20, and ends Sunday night, August 22.

New resident students need to check-in for housing at 10 a.m. in the Steinert Campus Center lobby.  Once you check-in, student leaders will assist you to your living area where you will meet your resident assistant (RA). Orientation check-in/registration begins at 1:30 p.m. in the Special Events Center.

Look for signs around campus that will direct you to parking and to check-in.

New commuter students must check-in/register for orientation at 2:00 p.m. at the Special Events Center.

Opening session for students and parents will begin at 4:30 p.m. After the opening session you and your parents are invited to attend the President's Dinner at 6:00 p.m., followed by a Commissioning Service and Farewell Dessert.
